Longevity aesthetics focuses less on changing facial features and more on maintaining skin quality, structure and resilience as the skin ages.

Rather than relying on a single treatment, this approach may combine regenerative and collagen-supporting procedures that work gradually over time.

What treatments are used in longevity aesthetics?

Depending on your skin, age and goals, a treatment plan may include:

  • PRP – uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood to support natural skin repair and regeneration.
  • Profhilo – an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment designed to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality rather than create volume.
  • Sculptra – a collagen-stimulating injectable that works gradually to improve facial structure and restore volume lost with ageing.

Why take a longer-term approach?

Skin ageing involves more than wrinkles. Collagen production slows, elasticity decreases, hydration changes and facial volume can gradually diminish.

Longevity-focused treatment aims to address several of these processes while preserving natural facial proportions. Results are typically progressive rather than dramatic, with treatment plans adapted over time as your skin and priorities change.

Which treatment is right for you?

PRP, Profhilo and Sculptra work in different ways and are not interchangeable. A consultation allows your practitioner to assess skin quality, facial structure and your goals before recommending an appropriate treatment or combination.
